You know the Address
Who lives there now?
This search was much easier when we "all" were on AT&T or one of the BELLs. Now a free Google search (and even some fee searches) are likely to give outdated name information.
* Yahoo - search with the "address" plus city and state; get an area map - but no names
* YellowPages - click "Address". If you don't get a result with a complete street address, leave off the number to find neighbors' names, addresses, phone numbers
